How long will it take for my package to arrive?

That depends on the country you are from. See below the shipping days for each country.

The status of my order is still on “pending”, when will my order be shipped?

If the status of your order is still on “pending”, it means that we are busy processing your order. We will ship it to you as soon as possible. Keep an eye out on your mail!

What happend if I’m not home during the delivery?

No worries! The courier will leave a note with more information about the whereabouts of your order, how to pick it up or make a new appointment.

Can I change my adress after I placed an order?

What can I do when I did not receive my package?

Always check your track and trace code first. If the delivery date has passed please contact us through the form on the contact page.

Discount or gift card

Discount code

You can only use one discount code per order. Please fill in the discount code without any space. Type or copy + paste the code in the right box at the check out page. After you have placed your order you can no longer add a discount code. So make sure you do this during check out. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. If your discount code is not working please contact us through the form at the contact page.

Giftcard

You can use the giftcard online or in the Lola yoga Studio. Type or copy + paste the code in the right box at the check out page. After you have placed your order you can no longer add a giftcard code. So make sure you do this during check out. A giftcard cannot be used to purchase gift cards. If your giftcard does not please contact us via through form at the contact page.

Problems with order

I received an faulty item

We’re so sorry! Please fill in the form at the contact page as soon as possible. Describe in details the default(s) and add pictures to it. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item(s)

We’re so sorry! Please fill in the form at the contact page as soon as possible. We will contact you for further instructions.

My order is not complete

Please check your email if the items are sent seperatly. If that is not the case fill in the form at the contact page. Don’t forget to add your order number and mention the product(s) that is missing. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Return & refund

Have you received my return package?

It can take up to 14 days till we receive and process your package. As soon as we receive your return we will send you an email!

Can I exchange an item instead of a refund?

No, that is not possible. If you want to order a different size or item you can place a new order.

How long will it take to get my refund money back?

We will refund your money as soon as we receive your return package.

Can I return multiple orders in the same package?

Yes, please do so! Make sure you put all the ordernumbers on the return form.

Can I return items puchased with a giftcard?

Yes. You always have the right to return your items regardless of which payment method you have used. You will be refunded the same way you paid.

What happend when I forgot to send my return form along?

Without a return form we cannot process your return. Please contact us through the form at the contact page.
